Google form https://forms.gle/Eor5biMifrD3L3Xx8. PLEASE BE SURE YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FOR THE OFFICE TO PROCESS YOUR CELEBRATORY MESSAGE. THE OFFICE WILL ONLY DISPLAY MESSAGES FROM ENTRIES ON THE GOOGLE FORM - NO PAPER OR EMAIL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. MESSAGES WILL BE DISPLAYED FROM SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY OF THE CELEBRATORY WEEK.
